Skinner4Moto is a program for editing/creating Motorola skining, you will have to add different modules depending on what kind of skin you want to create and for what type o phone.
You can also download other phone model modules, depending on your phone.
Just unzip the arhive and double click the SM4 module to install it ( the k1/z3 module you will have to copy the folder manually in the Skinner4Moto folder).
The CLI modules are for the External screen skins.
